
As you might have already seen on our About Us page, Colorado Recycles is focused on providing streamlined scheduling, pricing, and services to customers who need loads of predominantly recyclable or reusable items picked up, and have the ability to set them outside or at an open garage door for collection. This model is where convenience, affordability, and sustainability intersect!

Must be within service area
Service address must be within or no more than four miles outside of a Northern Colorado city or town listed in our service area on the Home page. Remote rural and mountain locations are not serviceable without prior review and approval. Higher minimums also apply to such orders Please contact us with questions.
Must be accessible to driver
All items/materials scheduled for collection must be set out and accessible to the driver, per the set-out guidelines below, by 8:00 a.m. and until 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled collection date. Items/materials that are not out or accessible to the driver won't be billed, but will be skipped and might be subject to an additional $25 return-and-rescheduling fee if the customer requests a second attempt.

Last-minute add-ons
Extra items/materials that have been set out for collection, above and beyond the last approved estimate, are subject to our listed prices, are at the discretion of the collection driver (based on truck capacity and schedule), and must be verified with the customer before removal.
Notification of collection problems
Because we fully understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, our driver will attempt to contact you and resolve any identified collection problems, such as inaccessibility or unacceptable items, before skipping your collection.
Service-delay notifications
Like our customers, we too are subject to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather or mechanical breakdowns. Should one of these or another event prevent us from picking up your items by 5pm on your scheduled collection day, we will automatically reschedule your collection to the soonest available date (usually the next day) and notify you of this change. If the alternate date conflicts with your schedule, you may contact us to select a different day or cancel your collection altogether. A 20% discount will be applied to your entire order for a delayed collection date that has been initiated by us because of mechanical or logistical problems unrelated to severe weather.
